Alice Waters Complements "For Kids By Kids" with Organic, Seasonal Menu

Last month, we made kids menus more interactive, fresh and nutritious with our "For Kids By Kids" menu. Our full-service hotel associates are pleased to see children shaking their chicken salads all across North America at our hotels. Continuing to expand on our recently-launched Food. Thoughtfully Sourced. Carefully Served food and beverage philosophy, our kids menu gets even more exciting today with a new organic and seasonal menu created exclusively for Hyatt by none other than renowned food pioneer and chef, Alice Waters. Known for her fresh, organic and local culinary approach, we worked with Waters to develop a menu that'll please kids and parents, too!

This season's menu features:

  • Romaine Lettuce Hearts, Carrot Curls and a Radish Rose with Lemon Vinaigrette for Dipping
  • Grilled Chicken with Pesto Sauce, Roasted Potatoes and Cherry Tomatoes
  • Strawberry and Orange Slices served with a Sweet Juice in a Real Orange Cup

And it's not just about healthy eating at when at our hotels. Parents and kids can learn more about organic foods and the new menu, play games, and join in activities with Hyatt's soon-to-come Flavor Journey online experience. It's easily found on the "For Kids By Kids" menu via QR code. Need assistance? Just ask your kids!
