Anyone who's ever dreamed of making it Around the World in 80 Days now has the chance to do it in 26 at Andaz Liverpool Street in London. Today, the hotel begins its World Food Marathon, featuring 26 dishes from 26 countries in 26 days. And don't worry - you don't have to run a 26 mile marathon to enjoy the food!

Andaz Liverpool Street's associates represent more than 40 different nationalities, and as London anticipates the arrival of athletes from 204 countries across the world, the hotel wanted to find a way to celebrate its multicultural team. We all have a special place in our hearts for food from home, so associates worked with the Andaz chefs to mastermind special dishes representing their respective home countries and serve them in the hotel's restaurants.

At a party for the team, associates held a random draw to pick the 26 countries represented in the World Food Marathon. For the next 26 days, a new dish will be served in all four of Andaz Liverpool Street's restaurants: 1901, Catch, Eastway, or Miyako. Each dish has been designed with such national pride, so the 26-day menu is an authentic experience that'll make you feel as if you're dining with locals.
