Guests will be sipping the drink at the hotel's New Year's Eve Masquerade Party, or you can serve it up for guests of your own.

Ingredients

• 8 cl Blush wine
• 4 cl Cranberry Juice
• 0.5 cl Syrup de Cassis

Garnish

• Crashed Ice
• Twist Orange Skin

Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with 6 ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into champagne glass with crashed ice and twist orange skin.
