Deluxe King guestroom

What a week! After opening Hyatt Regency Chongqing and sharing Hyatt Place development plans in Puerto Rico, we're thrilled to open the beautiful Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur today. The hotel is the first Grand Hyatt hotel in Malaysia, and brings the brand to one the country's fastest-growing metropolitan areas.
The hotel is in a great location in the Kuala Lumpur City Centre (KLCC) and right next to Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, within walking distance of many key destinations including Suria KLCC, KLCC Park, Dewan Filharmonik Petronas, and the Golden Triangle shopping and entertainment district.
From the moment guests walk in, they'll be wowed by the specially commissioned art pieces thanks to the award-winning touch from designers Bilkey Llinas Design. Check-in is at the hotel's sky lobby on the top level, overlooking the city's skylines and iconic Petronas Twin Towers!
The hotel's 370 guestrooms and 42 suites were designed with floor-to-ceiling windows to maximize natural daylight and gorgeous views. Plus, they're some of Kuala Lumpur's largest rooms, starting at 505 square feet (47 square meters)! One of our favorite in-room features? LCG technology allows guests to turn the shower glass opaque at the touch of a button.
There's no lack of food and beverage options, with THIRTY8 restaurant, winebar and lounge; JP teres indoor and outdoor dining; and Poolside's all-day alfresco next to the outdoor pool. Guest can relax at Essa Spa, which delivers treatments with ingredients inspired by the rainforests of Malaysia and uses the powerful benefits of ramuan, the traditional Malay preparation of ingredients. Additionally, the hotel also offers other facilities, including a 24-hour fitness center with the latest gym and cardio equipment, an outdoor swimming pool, steam room and sauna, whirlpool bath, an ice fountain and relaxation areas.
Another favorite part of ours: Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur was designed and built to be able to qualify for certification by the Green Building Index organization. The hotel's green practices include its building structure, and also include how its associates operate with a conscious green mentality as a part of Hyatt Thrive, Hyatt's global corporate responsibility platform.
We hope these photos will get you planning a trip out to visit our newest hotel!
