It is our belief at Hyatt that living well and traveling well should go hand-in-hand. Whether guests are headed to New York on business, traveling along the California coast for a much anticipated getaway, or perhaps heading to Orlando for the first kids' trip, we want our guests to always feel their very best.

That is why today, we are announcing our plans to introduce Respire by Hyatt, hypo-allergenic guestrooms, powered by PURE Solutions NA in all of our full-service hotels across the U.S., Canada and the Caribbean.

Respire by Hyatt rooms are designed for all travelers but are especially suited to guests with asthma, allergies and other sensitivities. The purification system in these rooms allows all of our guests to breathe deeply and sleep soundly with up to 99 percent of impurities filtered out.

We already have Respire by Hyatt rooms at more than 60 of our hotels in cities such as New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Orlando, Atlanta and Washington, D.C. We plan to offer more hypo-allergenic rooms than any other hotel brand, with approximately 2,000 Respire by Hyatt rooms at 125 of our properties, with most rooms available to reserve by the end of 2010.

To help celebrate this exciting news, some of our team members are in New York City today letting consumers know all about Respire by Hyatt. If you're in the Big Apple, keep your eye out for our Respire by Hyatt truck, which features a model hypo-allergenic room. We'll make our way all over the city, handing out fun gifts and information about Respire by Hyatt.

The truck will be making its way to Chicago on Thursday so the Windy City can also catch a glimpse of the new rooms. Plus, we'll be featuring a picture of the Respire by Hyatt truck in this week's Hyatt Friday Photo so everyone can check it out!
