With more than 10 years of experience as an administrative assistant in Catering, Rooms and Food & Beverage at Hyatt Regency Orange County and her expertise in customer service the Orange County-area, she's perfect for the job.

During peak times, Lori can now be found with her iPad in the hotel's atrium lobby, greeting and assisting guests with directions, restaurant reservations, luggage storage, flight and boarding pass information, and much more! She takes the time to get to know guests, learning about their backgrounds and vacation plans. It's what makes her great at her job, turning the hotel into a welcoming community for guests during their stay.

Families especially love that Lori takes family photos on her iPad and turns them into digital postcards, which she can email to the guest immediately!

Most of all, Lori knows it's the little things that count. For example, when Lori discovered that a guest from Switzerland who was traveling alone had fallen under the weather and was headed to the doctor's office, Lori sent a fruit and cheese plate to the guest's room with a "get well" note and offer of assistance.

Lori's gestures make Hyatt Regency Orange County guests feel welcome and cared for. As Lori says, "It's a great feeling to see the smiles on our guests' faces and to know we are providing authentic hospitality."
