With ski season in full swing in the Northern hemisphere, slope lovers everywhere are seeking adventure. For those of us less athletically gifted, we'll be spending more time than others at the lodge. That extra drink helps soothe the bruises.

We're just as excited to spend time at the bar thanks to AP writer Scott Mayerowitz's (follow him on Twitter) scour of the latest exciting winter cocktails, including Park Hyatt Beaver Creek's unique beer floats and toasty sippers. But Executive Chef Christian Apetz isn't keeping the secrets all to himself - you can try these winter delights yourself, too!
