While at Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch, you might have met Sokrat Bozo, an in-room dining server. In conversation, it's possible you could have learned that he's a chemistry and economics whiz, with a bachelor's and master's degree respectively. Or you might have discussed that he's originally from Albania. But you probably wouldn't have known that he's an expert collector and incredible photographer.
In fact, he's so good that his collection of beer labels and photos of the Anheuser Busch Brewery in St. Louis were recently featured in the American Breweriana Journal. Sokrat has collected more than 150 beer labels (no, not just by drinking!), and Anheuser-Busch labels from each decade in the post-Prohibition era. And the hotel loves his work, too, having previously showcased his photos of Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch's opening and scenes of the hotel throughout the seasons.

At Hyatt, we're lucky to have such talented and passionate associates. Sokrat uses his gift to make our days brighter. He has given interns printed mementos to take with them on their departure and honored his fellow associates' birthdays by taking and framing a special photo for them. We're proud to share some of his shots of Hyatt Regency St. Louis at The Arch with you.
