The teams at Hyatt House Colorado Springs and Hyatt Place Colorado Springs/Garden of the Gods express concern and sympathy for those people affected by the current wildfires.

The safety and security of our guests and associates is a top priority. With increased danger from the approach of the Waldo Canyon Fire, the evacuation of both hotels was ordered by local officials.

In an effort to protect guests, Hyatt House Colorado Springs and Hyatt Place Colorado Springs/Garden of the Gods have implemented an orderly, step-by-step process to remove everyone safely from the hotels. Guests and associates have been relocated a safe distance from the fire at a location approved by local authorities.

Hyatt House Colorado Springs will be closed for arrivals for the next five days, and Hyatt Place Colorado Springs/Garden of the Gods will be closed for arrivals for the next 10 days. Both hotels will waive all cancellation and rebooking charges and will work with each traveler to make future arrangements.
