Chef Ryan LaRoche from NoMI Kitchen doing a live cooking demonstration with quail

Today's Hyatt Friday Photo is dedicated to all of our fantastic Hyatt Credit Card members! As you may have heard, we recently rolled out two new credit card enhancements:
To celebrate these new enhancements and thank all of our cardholders for making the Hyatt Credit Card a success, Hyatt and Chase threw two great VIP parties over the past week, one in NYC and one in Chicago.
Each party showcased Hyatt's new culinary initiative Food. Thoughtfully Sourced. Carefully Served. by transforming the event spaces into beautiful farmers' markets, complete with purveyor sampling farm tables, locally sourced hors d'oeuvres and locally-inspired specialty cocktails. There were also cooking demonstrations by Chef Ryan LaRoche of NoMI Kitchen at Park Hyatt Chicago, Executive Chef Vincent Muraco at Andaz 5th Avenue in New York, as well as a visit from Bon Appetit's Chef de Cuisine, Mary Nolan!
Everything tasted absolutely delicious - the variety of cheeses, the freshly prepared sushi, the farro salad with locally sourced fall vegetables, the short ribs and grit mashed potatoes, delicious desserts, and so much more. We hope our card members enjoyed them all as much as we did.
Check out the great photos below from both events - our stomachs are rumbling just looking at them! A huge thank you to all of our Hyatt Credit Card members who came out to celebrate with us!
