New Monocole lobby shop at Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill

Here at Hyatt and specifically within the corporate communications team, we can't get enough of Monocle. If you're unfamiliar, Monocle is one of the top magazines based in London that provides an interesting take on global affairs, business, culture and design to more than 80 markets globally. It has turned into a full enterprise, complete with an around-the-clock radio service, a Monocle Cafe in Tokyo, an online retail shop, and now... a lobby shop in our very own Hyatt Regency London - The Churchill!
The Monocle Shop officially opened this week as the hotel's first retail concept available to all London-goers. The shop will introduce Monocle's first newsstand, selling magazine and newspaper titles from Le Figaro to Australian Gourmet Traveler to Vanity Fair. The shop is also stocked with new and exclusive travel essentials, including the Monocle Porter luggage collection, Drake's Monocole Pocket Squares and the Comme des Garcons Monocole fragrance. Thanks to close collaboration with Tyler Brule, editor-in-chief of Monocole, the retail location matches the essence of the publication, from Vitsoe shelving to the USM Haller furniture.

Thanks to the shop, guests can extend their experience and take home an item that is authentically local and quite exclusive too, as there are very few concept stores around the country.
