Hyatt Thrive is all about helping fostering thriving communities year-round. So although June, Hyatt's official month of service, is over, our hotels continue to serve their communities throughout the year and we'll continue to bring you regular updates.

Hyatt hotels are passionate about keeping their communities enjoyable for associates and guests. On the U.S. West Coast, Hyatt Newport Beach and Hyatt Regency Irvine joined forces to clean up Newport Pier, a registered California Historical Landmark. The team walked away with 23 pounds of trash!

Down in Brazil, associates and their family members from Grand Hyatt São Paulo collected garbage near Guarapiranga's River, which supplies São Paulo’s main water reservoir. The group disposed of 118 pounds in all - 6 pounds of paper, 56 pounds of glass, 8 pounds of aluminum, 37 pounds of plastic and 11 pounds of organic waste. Between these three hotels, that's 141 pounds of junk no longer lurking around the beaches of Newport or the streams of São Paulo.

We love sharing these stories of our associates rallying behind causes they care about to make a difference in their communities, and we can't wait to share more next week!

Prefer happens to be delicate on beginning, though it develops sturdier with each passing year whether it's very well provided.
