Andaz Wall Street bartenders use caddies to bring over drink ingredients to the table areas to interact with guests while mixing cocktails.

Come along on the third and final day of our tour of New York City, where Hyatt is quickly expanding its hotel count. Don't miss out on the first legs (see Part 1 and Part 2), where we toured Midtown Hyatt-branded hotels and checked-in on the construction progress of Park Hyatt New York and Hyatt Place New York/Midtown-South.
Today, we're finishing up Manhattan with our final open hotel in the city, more development updates, and additional tourist stops.
Andaz Wall Street
Like usual, we woke up hungry. So we headed to Andaz Wall Street for breakfast at Wall & Water.

Michael, our friendly Andaz host, showed us through the lounge and the open Bar Seven Five area to the restaurant.

After a delicious meal, Michael showed us around the rest of the hotel and to some guestrooms.

We drooled over the bathtub with glass that looks through the wall!
The hotel hosts a seasonal outdoor farmers market on Wednesdays and Saturdays for guests and the public.

We ended the hotel visit with a quick ride (no hands!) on the free bikes for guests.

As the perfect way to get around, we made stops at the New York Stock Exchange, where we snapped a pic of the flag and said hello to George Washington at Federal Hall.

Hyatt Union Square
From Wall Street, we headed to Union Square, the soon-to-be home of a new Hyatt hotel. First, we checked out the neighborhood.

Easy to get to, no matter how you go.
We walked around the park, window shopped, and enjoyed the public art.

In just a few blocks, we walked to the construction site of Hyatt Union Square.

The hotel's address!
Expected to open this fall, the hotel is coming along beautifully!

We love the hotel's exterior design.
Chelsea Market
On recommendations from locals, we finished up the afternoon at Chelsea Market. It's just over a mile from Hyatt Union Square and is packed with specialty food shops and restaurants.

One of our favorite things was the shop of salts, spices and olive oils.
Hyatt Times Square
And finally, we ventured about two miles back to Times Square, where the luster of the lights hadn't faded. We're excited about Hyatt Times Square on West 45th Street between Broadway and Sixth Avenue, which is expected to open in late 2013. With so much nearby, including Broadway, Radio City Music Hall, Rockefeller Center and the Public Library, it's going to be a great place for visitors!
We hope you had fun seeing New York City with us, and we can't wait to show off our new properties in person!
