Ed Bucholtz, general manager, and the staff at Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center

Here at Hyatt, we work hard to create an exceptional work environment for our associates around the world. It's especially gratifying when our hotels receive recognition — like Hyatt Regency Chicago making "Chicago's Top Workplaces 2010" list by the Chicago Tribune and Grand Hyatt San Francisco being named one of the "Best Places to Work in the Bay Area 2010" by the San Francisco Business Times.
We're especially excited about a recent article from the Denver Business Journal, which gave Hyatt Regency Denver at Colorado Convention Center first place acknowledgement as one of Denver's best places to work. The hotel received this honor mainly in part to the wonderful relationship that exists between the associates and Ed Bucholtz, general manager of the hotel (all pictured below).
In the article, Ed says that the hotel works to "treat folks with respect and dignity, no matter what they do or where they come from. It's my hope that we strive to do that in every area of the hotel. We try and model how we want associates to take care of guests by how we take care of them." And that includes great employee perks, like complimentary meals, tuition reimbursement, transportation discounts, free flu shots, Employee of the Year awards, internal promotions, and 12 free hotel nights at any Hyatt hotel, plus 50 percent off food and beverage during the stay, after one year of employment.
We want to congratulate Ed and his team for receiving this honor and for building a fun, creative work environment that promotes true teamwork and dedication.
