Guests who book the Chile Harvest Package will receive a complimentary Chile Martini at the Rio Grande Lounge.

Did you know that New Mexico is the nation's leading chile producer? To pay homage to this fine pepper, Hyatt Regency Tamaya Resort and Spa is offering its Chile Harvest Package to give guests a "spicy" getaway this fall.
The 2011 Chile Harvest Package is available every weekend between August 1 and October 9, 2011 and includes the following itinerary:
Saturday
Guests will check in to the resort and will begin their Chile Harvest experience with dinner at the Corn Maiden restaurant. A chef from the resort will dine with the guests and will teach them about the history of chile in New Mexico. The chef will also teach guests how to properly prepare and use chile in cuisine.
Sunday
The day begins with breakfast at the Santa Ana Café followed by an 8:30 a.m. departure from the resort to the Grower's Market in Corrales, NM. A Hyatt Regency Tamaya chef will accompany guests to the Grower's Market to help them choose chiles for them to include in their dinner that evening. Upon arrival back at the resort, guests will roast their chiles in order to prepare them for dinner. That afternoon, guests will receive the chile-infused Ancient Drumming treatment at the Tamaya Mist Spa. Dinner on Sunday evening will be presented in a special dining area near the resort's outdoor fire pit. A Hyatt Regency Tamaya chef will prepare each individual dish with the chile that each guest picked from the Grower's Market. Following dinner, guests will receive a complimentary Chile Martini at the Rio Grande Lounge.
Monday
Breakfast at the Santa Ana Café before departing from the resort.
