The Social Sectional of the Hyatt House Lounge recreated at the Arizona Lodging Conference event

This week, we introduced you to Hyatt House – our exciting new hotel concept that will be replacing our current extended-stay brand. Gary Dollens and Kristine Rose told you all about this new concept that will redefine the segment into a social and contemporary environment, helping guests to feel more like residents of a well-connected neighborhood and community.
Yesterday, we had the opportunity to introduce Hyatt House to developers, hotels owners and media at the Arizona Lodging Conference. We transformed a ballroom at the conference into one of Hyatt House's signature elements – The Lounge – which features distinct social spaces to help guests feel comfortable and at home. We recreated the social sectional, as well as H Bar, an integrated island that starts as a breakfast bar in the morning and turns into a cocktail bar in the evening offering small plates where friends, family, and colleagues can gather.
More than 150 people came to our Open House, which was reminiscent of what all Hyatt House properties will host seven days a week from 5-10pm. Developers, owners and members of the media were very excited to get a sneak peek of Hyatt House. We also made sure they walked away with some Hyatt House swag to learn more about the new H Bar – check it out below!
We're so excited to continue spreading the news about Hyatt House and will make sure to keep our readers informed as changes begin to take place.
