Even though the holidays have passed, we are in a feel good Friday kind of mood, so we'd like to share with all of you some of the great work from our associates at Hyatt Regency Atlanta.
The hotel recently partnered with the National 4-H Congress to help build a Habitat for Humanity home for a local Atlanta resident and her four children. Adela Jones, a security officer in downtown Atlanta, is mother to two sons, Quantez 10 and Christian 6, as well as two daughters, Ava 22 months and Varnise, who is nine months.
More than 60 volunteers from the hotel, along with their vendors, partners, families and friends helped to build the family a home through seven consecutive weekend days. There was a great housewarming celebration for the Jones', where 50 kids representing each of the 50 states presented the family with a gift from their communities.
We want to give a big shout out to all of our associates at Hyatt Regency Atlanta for helping those in their community. Make sure to check out the fantastic pictures below of the Habitat for Humanity home being built!
