Last month we launched our Hyatt Summerfield Suites Caribbean Cuisine Challenge where we encouraged you to submit an original recipe for a chance to win an iPad, a one night stay at any Hyatt Summerfield Suites hotel, and the opportunity to have your dish featured on the 2011 Hyatt Summerfield Suites Summer Grilling Social menu. We also posed this challenge to our Hyatt Summerfield Suites associates for a chance to have their original recipes featured on the menu as well.
