We are excited to announce to you today that we're evolving our extended-stay brand to a distinctive new hotel concept – Hyatt House. This new concept redefines the extended-stay experience with a social and contemporary environment that helps our guests feel connected, welcome, and at home. As part of the unveiling, we will rebrand to Hyatt House all of our Hyatt Summerfield Suites hotels, as well as additional hotels that we recently acquired from LodgeWorks.  

Hyatt House was inspired by extensive research and consumer insights, looking closely at the way extended-stay guests live their lives today and building an innovative concept based on those needs. Guests will be welcomed to a social and sophisticated, yet casual and comfortable environment that really makes them feel more like residents living in a well-connected neighborhood and community.

Our guests won't be seeing any immediate changes -- Hyatt Summerfield Suites hotels will remain the same until we make the transition in early 2012. We will be sure to share more details with our guests throughout the coming weeks and months.
