This award honors our Hyatt Gold Passport program for increasing customer satisfaction through innovative loyalty program strategies.
Over the past year, the Hyatt Gold Passport program has introduced a number of industry firsts, including complimentary Internet access for elite members and upgrading Diamond members to a suite four times annually at the time they make their reservation.
We are thrilled whenever our company is recognized as best-in-class but we are especially proud since these awards were determined by members of the loyalty industry itself.
