We know the blog has featured quite a bit of Hyatt Gold Passport™ program news recently, but we couldn't resist sharing the latest update with you: Hyatt Gold Passport received the first-ever COLLOQUY Loyalty Award in the travel/hospitality category!  This award honors our Hyatt Gold Passport program for increasing customer satisfaction through innovative loyalty program strategies. 

Over the past year, the Hyatt Gold Passport program has introduced a number of industry firsts, including complimentary Internet access for elite members and upgrading Diamond members to a suite four times annually at the time they make their reservation.

We are thrilled whenever our company is recognized as best-in-class but we are especially proud since these awards were determined by members of the loyalty industry itself.

It's our goal for Hyatt Gold Passport to be the most generous loyalty program in the hospitality industry and we are honored to be recognized for our efforts.
