We strongly believe in enabling and fostering personal creativity, which is why we're excited to launch today the Andaz Salon, a new program for Andaz, that so clearly brings to life the passion, vibe, and creativity of the neighborhoods and communities in which Andaz hotels are located. And today, with the launch of the Andaz Salon, guests as these hotels will now be able to engage with these local neighborhoods and communities in a way they haven't done so before.

You might be asking, what exactly is the Andaz Salon? It is a series of events held at every Andaz hotel where a unique host will lead a spirited discussion and activity with guests and local influencers. Each Andaz Salon series is meant to reflect the hotel's local culture and creative landscape and to begin, will focus on either culinary and cocktails, performance and fine arts, or fashion. And as new Andaz hotels open, they will participate in the Andaz Salon series by creating meaningful events and programs that tie naturally into their local cultural community.

Andaz West Hollywood previewed the Andaz Salon this summer during its "Art Seen at Andaz: Vernissage" program. With West Hollywood's rich roots in art and culture, the hotel has transformed its space into a laboratory for local artists to publicly display their work, as well as created a space to invite guests, locals, and art aficianados to soak in the city's local culture.  

The hotel's "Art Seen" curator, Merry Norris, has been working with four local artists to showcase their art installations throughout the hotel, which reflect the avante garde spirit of Andaz West Hollywood and the local community. You can check out pictures below of Andaz West Hollywood's Salon preview, where guests and artists engage with one another and learn how art has influenced the neighborhood.

In addition to the on-site events, you can also experience the Andaz Salon through the brand's Facebook page. Here, guests can visit the Andaz Salon tab, which will share information about each event and link fans to the event calendar, photo albums, and notes from event hosts, which will provide additional insights into their Salon.
