No Matter Where You’re Traveling, Hyatt Place Has You Covered
With Hyatt Place hotels popping up all around the world, we’re so excited to introduce the brand’s seamless experience to a new set of guests. Within days of each other, the Hyatt family welcomed two new hotels — the first Hyatt Place in New York’s Queens neighborhood and the first Hyatt Place in China.
As the brand grows outside of the U.S., guests can expect the same friendly service and convenient amenities they’ve come to know and love, such as free wifi, around-the-clock access to fresh food, 24-hour gym and a free hot breakfast. But building new locations in new markets means some local conditions and customs. Hyatt Place Flushing/LaGuardia and Hyatt Place Shenzhen Dongmen are two great examples of how the brand can be adapted to meet the needs of different travelers.
Hyatt Place Flushing/LaGuardia Airport is located in New York City’s vibrant Queens neighborhood of Flushing. Flushing is home to one of the largest Chinatown neighborhoods in the U.S., and because of this, the hotel’s Gallery Hosts are all fluent in Mandarin. Additionally, the hotel’s a.m. Kitchen Skillet breakfast serves additional custom selections featuring Asian cuisine, such as miso soup, congee, Asian condiments, and tapas. Hyatt Place Flushing/LaGuardia wants to make guests feel comfortable no matter where they’re traveling.
Hyatt Place Shenzhen Dongmen marks the debut of the brand in China, and it’s located in the heart of Shenzhen, a southern city bordering Hong Kong. While Hyatt Place hotels in the U.S. offer a consistent 24/7 Gallery Menu and no restaurant, Hyatt Place Shenzhen Dongmen offers a single restaurant with a 24/7 Gallery Menu and modified options to reflect some local cuisine. The key benefit of 24/7 access to food and beverage will be maintained, and the brand team and hotel will continue to solicit guest feedback to further refine the offering.
Hyatt Place is a brand that prides itself on consistency, so no matter where you go, you can rest easy knowing you’ll have what you need. And while they are on opposite sides of the world, Hyatt Place Flushing/LaGuardia and Hyatt Place Shenzhen Dongmen share a common bond, and it’s more than just the Hyatt Place name.
