NoMI Boutique | Chocolate Opens at Park Hyatt Chicago

The perfect sweet treat this week? NoMI | Boutique Chocolate in the Park Hyatt Chicago Library.

Park Hyatt Chicago is known for its world-class art collections, its exquisite dining experiences and its award-winning Pastry Chef Meg Galus. Chef Galus unveiled a temporary pastry shop after getting her hands on rare and unique varieties of chocolate. The array of gourmet delights she has created range from handcrafted bonbons to French and American style pastries, as well as personalized gift packages. CHIPH_P158_NomiFood_50222So, you’re invited! Select from a variety of chocolate creations now through May 11, 1 – 8pm. “It’s really cool to be able to showcase our culinary team in a new way. I’m excited that we took the risk to try something new, and the response from guests has been phenomenal,” Chef Galus said.

Special arrangements can be made for one of these delectable treats to arrive at your table during Mother’s Day brunch—the very last day of the pop-up. Can you think of a better way to celebrate Mother’s Day? For additional information, please call Camila Rachmanis at +1 312 239 4137, or email
